Pet insurance policies change often. Deductible tiers get restructured, reimbursement percentages shift, breed-specific exclusions get added or dropped, and waiting periods are quietly revised between plan years. When a provider updates its policy documents, a comparison page can fall out of date before anyone notices. Reports from readers are one of the more reliable ways those changes surface.

If you are telling us a figure looks wrong, the most useful message names the provider, points to the specific field you are questioning — annual limit, deductible, reimbursement rate, waiting period, or a breed exclusion — and links to the policy document or provider page where you saw the correct value. That last part matters most. A source link lets us confirm the change against the provider's own wording rather than guessing at intent, and it is usually the difference between a correction we can make the same week and one that sits unresolved.

Suggesting a breed or a provider

Our breed lookup does not cover every breed, and the comparison tables do not include every insurer operating in the United States. Both sets are incomplete by design rather than by oversight — we would rather cover fewer entries accurately than list everything thinly. If a breed you care about is missing, or an insurer you are seriously considering is absent, that is worth telling us. Requests genuinely influence what gets built next.

What we are not able to do

We are an independent comparison site, not an insurance agency, broker, or underwriter. We cannot quote you a premium, bind or modify a policy, look up your account, intervene in a claim dispute, or tell you which plan to buy. We also cannot offer veterinary guidance. For anything involving your own policy or your animal's health, your insurer and your veterinarian are the right places to go. Questions about how our tables are organized, or about a number you think is wrong, are squarely ours to answer.
